Sulfonated\u00a0<a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Melamine formaldehyde\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Melamine_formaldehyde\">melamine formaldehyde<\/a>\u00a0(SMF) is a polymer used as\u00a0<a title=\"Water reducer\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Water_reducer\">cement admixture<\/a>\u00a0to reduce the water content in concrete while increasing the fluidity and the workability of the mix during its handling and pouring.
