Other uses in the food industry included\u00a0<a title=\"Coffee\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Coffee\">coffee<\/a>\u00a0<a title=\"Decaffeination\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Decaffeination\">decaffeination<\/a>\u00a0and the preparation of flavoring extracts from\u00a0<a title=\"Hops\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hops\">hops<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a title=\"Spice\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Spice\">spices<\/a>. Industrial abbreviations include\u00a0TCE,\u00a0trichlor,\u00a0Trike,\u00a0Tricky\u00a0and\u00a0tri. It has been sold under a variety of trade names.
