Safety:
Special precautions must be taken with MasterPR100: wear gloves to avoid contact with the skin and use a suitable air suction system.
Physical properties:
Physical properties
Density - 1.29 g / cm3.
Thermal properties:
Melting point -97 °C,
Boiling point 44 °C,
Flash point 14 °C
Storage and Distribution:
After long periods of storage, always check homogeneity and stir well before use to eliminate any possible sediment.
Storage is normally in a cool, dry and well ventilated facility away from oxidising agents. MasterPR100 should be kept out of direct sunlight, heat and open flames.
A bulk solvent exporter would normally distribute this solvent in bulk vessels or tank trucks. For transportation purposes, MasterPR100 is classed as a flammable liquid with a fire hazard rating of 2. A full bulk chemical distributor would export the solvent throughout regions such as the UK, Europe, Africa and America.

Dimethylformamide (CAS 68-12-2)

Dimethylformamide is an organic compound with the formula (CH3)2NC(O)H. Commonly abbreviated as DMF (although this initialism is sometimes used for dimethylfuran, or dimethyl fumarate), this colourless liquid is miscible with water and the majority of organic liquids. DMF is a common solvent for chemical reactions. Dimethylformamide is odorless, but technical-grade or degraded samples often have a fishy smell due to impurity of dimethylamine. Dimethylamine degradation impurities can be removed by sparging samples with an inert gas such as argon or by sonicating the samples under reduced pressure. As its name indicates, it is structurally related to formamide, having two methyl groups in the place of the two hydrogens. DMF is a polar (hydrophilic) aprotic solvent with a high boiling point. It facilitates reactions that follow polar mechanisms, such as SN2 reactions.

Cobalt carbonate

Cobalt(II) carbonate is the inorganic compound with the formula CoCO3. This reddish paramagnetic solid is an intermediate in the hydrometallurgical purification of cobalt from its ores. It is an inorganic pigment, and a precursor to catalysts. Cobalt(II) carbonate also occurs as the rare red/pink mineral spherocobaltite.

Cobalt carbonate is a precursor to cobalt carbonyl and various cobalt salts. It is a component of dietary supplements since cobalt is an essential element. It is a precursor to blue pottery glazes, famously in the case of Delftware.

Polyurethane thinner Masterchem PU-5030 is a mixture of polyurethane oligomer solution and organic solvents. When choosing a diluent for polyurethane paint, it is necessary to ensure that it contains alcohols, gasolines and nitrocom components and at the same time contains acetates or aromatic hydrocarbons.

This solvent is suitable for diluting polyurethane paints of all European manufacturers, being an analogue of the originals and differing only in price – more friendly for the client. Paint manufacturers protect their income by selling solvents, because for the most part they earn more on this product than on the polyurethane paint / varnish itself or hardeners for them. Therefore, they scare the client that polyurethane solvents from other manufacturers are not suitable.

We have been offering quality products for over 20 years and our customers are satisfied with the quality and cost savings.

Masterchem PU-5030 belongs to fast polyurethane thinners. We also have slower solvents – PU-5040, PU-5060 or PU-5062

MasterChem manufactures this solvent directly.

Thinner PU-5030 is a colorless or slightly yellowish liquid with a characteristic odor. It is used in production and in everyday life for diluting and bringing paints and varnishes to a working consistency.

Antimony trioxide (CAS 1309-64-4)

Antimony(III) oxide is the inorganic compound with the formula Sb2O3. It is the most important commercial compound of antimony. It is found in nature as the minerals valentinite and senarmontite. Like most polymeric oxides, Sb2O3 dissolves in aqueous solutions with hydrolysis. A mixed arsenic-antimony oxide occurs in the nature as the very rare mineral stibioclaudetite.

Antimony(III) oxide is an amphoteric oxide, it dissolves in aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to give the meta-antimonite NaSbO2, which can be isolated as the trihydrate. Antimony(III) oxide also dissolves in concentrated mineral acids to give the corresponding salts, which hydrolyzes upon dilution with water. With nitric acid, the trioxide is oxidized to antimony(V) oxide.

When heated with carbon, the oxide is reduced to antimony metal. With other reducing agents such as sodium borohydride or lithium aluminium hydride, the unstable and very toxic gas stibine is produced. When heated with potassium bitartrate, a complex salt potassium antimony tartrate, KSb(OH)2•C4H2O6 is formed.
